Jordi Gené-Mola has just come back from a research stay of 3 month at Wageningen University and Research. He has been collaborated with Wageningen Greenhouse Horticulture and Agroosystems Research groups, working in two different projects: (1) Precisietuinbouw-Fruit4.0 (https://precisietuinbouw.nl/WERKPAKKETTEN/Fruit-40), which aims to monitor flowers and fruits to optimize the agricultural management of orchards; (2) TrimBot2020 (http://trimbot2020.webhosting.rug.nl/), which is focused on the development of intelligent gardering robot. During this period Jordi Gené-Mola has been applied computer vision techniques for remote fruit detection and 3D location and the electronic characterization of bushes, which is within the objectives of the PAgFRUIT Research Project.
